PERSONALIDADE DO NORTE AWARD

DONE Lab participated in the development of the “Personalidade do Norte 2024” award, presented by the Comissão de Coordenação e Desenvolvimento Regional do NORTE (CCDR NORTE).

This sculptural piece was created by Cristina Massena in collaboration with DONE Lab, which, for the third consecutive year, used digital manufacturing technology in its creation.

In its fourth edition, the award was presented to João Nicolau de Almeida, a renowned Northern winemaker recognized for his contributions to the viticulture sector and his dedication to preserving and innovating Douro’s winemaking traditions.

The award was presented by the President of CCDR NORTE, António M. Cunha, during the Regional Forum “Europe Post-2027: Quo Vadis?”, held at the Teatro Jordão in Guimarães.
